What is Instant Gift?

Instant Gift was created by Edible Bloom's, to simplify gifting. It removes traditional issues when sending a perishable gift, such as not knowing a delivery address or when the recipient is home or in the office.  

Instant Gift means our gifts can be organised with only a name and an email. No address required.

Can you pick any gift across the Edible Blooms site to deliver through Instant Gift?

Yes. You can choose any gift across our range, however, our usual delivery restrictions apply on some gifts, such as fruit.

How much is delivery on Instant Gift?

Instant Gift has a flat delivery cost of $15.00.
Instant Gift, was designed to make it simple for the vendor/purchaser to organise a gift and know it will arrive wherever their recipient is in Australia, as the recipient selects a delivery address and day.

Why do corporates love Instant Gift?

Instant Gift simplifies sending a gift to one or many customers, clients, or team members. It eliminates the need for an address, as the recipient adds their preferred delivery details. It removes any blockers or time-consuming steps such as finding out when they are in the office or home - they decide that.

How do I know if my instant gift has been delivered to their inbox?

After selecting your perfect gift, add a gift card message and enter the recipient's email; simply click the send button and your Instant Gift will be sent.

The email will be delivered instantly, however, due to privacy reasons you will not be able to view if they have opened it.

The recipient will be given the option to send a thank you note back. We suggest if you don’t hear back from your friend, co-worker, or family member that you check in with them. Who knows?! This gift may have landed in their junk or spam folder. Or in worst cases, they're ghosting you… but we highly doubt it, after all, you just sent them a fabulous and delicious gift.

What if enter the incorrect email?

No need to worry! If you think you may have misspelled or entered an old email address, just contact our team at hello@edibleblooms.com.au or call 1300 768 996. Our team will happily assist you in redirecting your Instant Gift to the appropriate email, just provide your invoice.

Can I return my gift for a refund?

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you do not drink alcohol or have any dietary requirements please contact our team, and we can organise exchanging this for another gift of the same value.

What details do I need to provide to the support team when enquiring about my gifting order?

What do I do if the recipient does not want the gift, or the gift is never redeemed?

If your recipient does not want their gift or the gift is not redeemed just contact us at hello@edibleblooms.com.au or call 1300 768 996 and we can organise a refund.
