How can I contact Edible Blooms?

You can purchase online any time of the day, seven days per week. Our Bloomettes can also be contacted by phone from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm, as well as Saturday between 9am - 12pm.

What is the deadline to place an order?

Edible Blooms deliver Monday to Friday Australia wide, and on Saturday to limited metro areas. If you require same-day delivery of your gift, we offer this service up to 10-15 km from Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide CBDs if you order by 5pm Monday to Friday, or for Saturday same-day delivery order before 2.30pm. If you require your gift to be delivered the following day, we can reach most areas of Australia on a next-business day service if you order by 5pm. Some locations outside of metropolitan areas may take longer for delivery.

During peak periods, such as Christmas, we recommend placing your order earlier to ensure timely delivery.

What time can I collect my fruit bloom?

As we make our fruit blooms fresh, we will let you know when your gift is ready to be collected, should you wish to collect earlier, please contact us on 1300 768 996 in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What time will my gift arrive?

Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5.00pm and residential addresses by 9.00pm Monday to Friday. Please note we cannot specify a time of day for delivery on our standard courier services. For timed requests, our express same day delivery service is available.

I want to send my gift to a school. Can you guarantee delivery will be there prior to 3pm?

We have a wide range of delivery options available to you however the only way we can guarantee a specific time is if the 3-hour red hot delivery ($25.95) option is available in that particular delivery area (metropolitan areas of Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth). For all other delivery options we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. If you would like to discuss your options futher, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly concierge team on 1300 768 996 who would be happy to help.

What if my recipient is not at home?

We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be there to accept the delivery.

If no-one is home, Edible Blooms standard procedure is to leave the gifts safely at the premises. An exception to this rule is premises where our courier deems that it is not safe to leave the gift unattended, or if you specifically request for the gift not to be left at the premises. In these instances the gift will either be taken to the nearest post office and a calling card left at the premises, or returned to our store and we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery. These instances will result in an additional redirection/redelivery charge, which can be up to 2 times the initial delivery charge if the couriers must deliver the gift back to our store plus deliver it out again. Can I send a bloom anywhere in Australia?

Yes, Edible Blooms deliver our Chocolate Bouquets and Gift Hampers Australia wide. Fresh Fruit Blooms and Donut Blooms can be delivered up to 10-15 km from the CBD in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

How will my Edible Bloom come presented?

Your Edible Bloom will come packaged in a delivery box and packed with cellophane and ice-packs for safe transit. Within 10-15 km of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, your gift may either arrive in one of our beautiful gift bags, or in a delivery box, depending on the courier used for that area and estimated transit time.

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names and hospital wards where applicable. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional charge may apply to redirect/redeliver the gift which may also cause delay in delivery or remake a perishable gift.

Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the details of all online orders. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this. If we cannot meet any specific requests listed in your order, our staff will be in contact to discuss your requirements.

What method of payment is accepted?

Edible Blooms secure online payment system will accept MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal payments and AfterPay payments. Where approved prior, corporate customers may be eligible to pay via EFT depending on the transaction amount (please note that in these instances payment is still required before dispatch).

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you contact us before your gift has been dispatched from our store, we can amend or cancel your order easily, contact our friendly Gift Conceirge Team on 1300 768 996 so we can help you by all means possible. After the order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please note that during peak gifting periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, once your gift has been boxed and booked in with our courier for pick up, we are not able to intercept your parcel for changes due to the high volume of gifts in dispatch at this time.

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Edible Blooms acts in accordance with Australia's Privacy Laws. If your name is not signed on the gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the gift they can call us, however we cannot reveal exactly who you are without your permission. Your billing details are never revealed to the recipient, the only information they receive is their delivery address, the gift card message and delivery instructions you put in the box at checkout. If you'd like to remain anonymous please ensure that you do not include your details in these areas.

Is my personal information secure when I order online?
