How long will it take my gift to arrive?
If you select our ‘Standard Delivery’ service, your gift will be delivered in 1-5 business days from your preferred delivery date. For more than 95% of addresses we send with our overnight carriers we have an on time track record
with this option but please note the delivery date you select does not come with a 100% guarantee.
How is free standard delivery calculated?
Our Free delivery calculation applies to one delivery address. If you send to multiple addresses, our Free delivery offer is calculated based on the total spend per address.
I need it there on a specific date.
If you need your gift delivered on a specific date, please choose date guarantee service. This is available for inner and outer metro areas (up to 25km from the CBD) of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
What time will my gift arrive?
We aim as early as possible although on busy days deliveries to residential
addresses can arrive up until 7pm, and business deliveries will arrive before 5pm.
Can I send fruit, donuts or cakes on this service?
We’d love to say yes, however due to the perishable nature of these products they are sent with our same day carriers to ensure safe and delicious arrival.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
Gifts may be taken to a local pick up point at a Post Office or other if no one is home to sign for the delivery. If this occurs, they’ll leave a calling card at your nominated delivery address.

Our date guarantee option is just that – we guarantee that we’ll get your gift there on the day you request. Consider it our promise.

Deliveries to residential addresses can arrive up until 9pm, and business
deliveries will arrive before 5pm.
Can I send fruit, donuts or cakes on this service?
Absolutely! Simply choose which delivery method you’d like.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
In most instances our delivery driver will leave the gift on the premises in a safe location. If the driver doesn’t deem it safe to leave, or cannot gain access to the property, the gift will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will apply.
