A company that is as proud to be family-owned and Australian as Edible Blooms, Charlie’s started as a small local bakery, that has grown into a national thriving family-owned business. Where possible, their delicious biscuits use premium Australian ingredients that are sourced from local suppliers.
Edible Blooms are on a journey to make our gift hampers as sustainable as possible. Charlie’s Fine Food Co., as a manufacturer of packaged food, was a great choice to partner with in our gourmet hampers, as they as driven to find better, smarter, and more sustainable packaging solutions that don’t compromise on food safety or quality as we are.
Our gourmet food hampers feature a variation of Charlie's sweet and savoury biscuit, from classic Italian to mini cheese bites and chocolate chip. Our team favourite are the raspberry bliss melting moments.

The head office for Edible Blooms is based in South Australia, partnering with South Australian family-owned business Taralli was a no-brainer. For over 50 years, they have been specialising in gourmet Mediterranean savoury crackers that are available Australia-wide.

Edible Blooms hampers cater to all types of occasions and celebrations from Christmas to birthdays to anniversaries. Diversifying our hamper product range is a necessity in a cluttered market. When we discovered Emmaline's chocolate birthday cakes, we knew this would give us the edge we need to create a gourmet hamper, that also had your own personal cake to share in the office or with a small group of friends.
We know the Emmalines Country Kitchen team lovingly produces artisan products from locally sourced ingredients and with original scratch recipes. We had already been partnering with them, and our hampers had flourished with their Dried Apricots and Dehydrated Orange slices all double-dipped in rich dark chocolate.
When they offered to make a bespoke birthday cake just for us, with rich, moist, and high-quality chocolate cake with a good layer of creamy icing with colour sprinkles was perfect. All we needed to do was create a fun, cake wrap to cover the cake in Edible Blooms style.
With over 18 years of experience creating gourmet gifts and delicious chocolate bouquets, Edible Blooms wouldn't be able to do this without our suppliers.
